Safety

With the engagement of mechanized construction, calling for heavy cranes and material handling, increased construction volumes and high expectations of deliverables, a need evolved for a dedicated vertical ensuring safe working practices through out the organization in a structured manner – implementation of OSHAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management

BRCCPL safety vertical has an organizational overview with a resource pool of over 35 personnel led by a safety head reporting directly to the management.

At a project level, safety team is deployed at the onset of the project, directly reporting to head office and independent of the time and deliverable pressures of the project team.

Control measures like -
induction, training, tool box talks, camps, work permit systems, safety observation tours, corrective action, preventive action, emergency response drills, near miss and accident reporting protocols,…ensure a structured, uniform and safe working environment across all the projects and workplaces of the company.
