Quality
To enable timely delivery of projects and uniform quality standards across the organisation, a strong quality management culture was inculcated and ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems was implemented.
BRCCPL has its established Quality manual, Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection Testing Plan, which becomes the guiding document for the project quality assurance teams.
Each site is equipped with a field test laboratory for various field tests.
To calibrate the on site tests, frequent third party testing is also done with nationally certified and accredited testing labs, thus ensuring quality assurance and control as per the standards set.
