In the course of our journey as general contractors, we realized that the high volumes of construction in tight time lines called upon a change in perception from labour oriented conventional systems to mechanized system of construction, prevalent in developed countries of Europe.

We initiated this change with system formwork – columns, walls, beams and slabs, followed by tower cranes for handling these system forms. To compliment the forms, we set up automated and mechanised reinforcement processing and own concrete production, transport, pumping and placing.

This change resulted in reduced manpower engagement, minimized control points of supervision, certainty in every phase of construction, uniform quality standards across projects, and economies of scale and productivity in the long term.
