Ideology
To ensure systemized working across the organization at all operational levels, in 2013, BRCCPL made a quantum change and opted for ISO certifications for all standards viz,
- ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems
- OSHAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management
- ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management Systems
On an organization level, we have two verticals, each led by a Vice President. One vertical caters to finances, purchase, tenders & contracts, billing and cost control. The other vertical caters to operations and leads departments like planning, safety, formwork, RMC concrete, heavy machineries, cranes, small tools, logistics & transport…
These two verticals serve the project execution team through various departments engaging at project level as per the requirements of planning. In this way, the project execution team remains focused on construction, and at the same time support departments serve the requirements of project sites with a holistic organizational view.
