A graduate from Government College of Engineering – Pune, in 1984, Er. Jaideep Raje started his career with the leading Contracting Company Bharucha and Motiwala, as a trainee engineer and learnt the right attitude, values and proper work methodology with them.

With this experience at hand and an urge to make a difference in construction industry, and with a like-minded, unflinching support of Er. Ajit Bhate, an enterprise named Bhate & Raje Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1990. Over the years, this enterprise has expanded its horizons, and now is a team of 550 dedicated staff, being a name of repute in the construction industry. The key to this consistent success being the motto of “Commitment to Excellence”.

With this acumen for Quality, Speed, Economy, Advanced Technologies & Client relations, this enterprise today has made extensive advances in technology and has been using table forms, automated steel processing units, automated concrete batching plants, cranes, etc the latest technology in construction.

This vision to incorporate technology in this field of construction engineering, has led to a change in the concept of construction from labour oriented industry to a state of art and automated process oriented industry.

Over the years, he has been actively involved in training activities, be it construction labour or students of civil engineering. He is associated with various educational institutes and has been playing a critical role in trying bridge the gap between academics and requirements of the industry. He has been active in various professional associations and has been the Chairman of BAI, Pune Center, which is the apex body of construction industry in India.
